Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services and digital products provided by VP Digital s.r.o., with its registered office at Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, Company ID: 17409411 (“Provider”, “we”, “us”).

By placing an order or purchasing any digital product, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services Offered

The Provider offers the following digital services and products:

• SEO content packages (articles, keyword research, optimization)
• Digital guides and e-books (PDF format)
• AI-powered website analysis and audit reports

3. Order Process and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed upon successful completion of payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion if fraud or abuse is suspected.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

5. Delivery

Digital Products (E-books, Guides): Delivered electronically via email and/or download link immediately after payment confirmation.

SEO Packages: Work begins within 2 business days of payment. Delivery timelines depend on the selected package and are communicated during onboarding.

AI Analysis Reports: Delivered as a PDF report within 48 hours of order placement, along with a scheduled consultation call.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

Exception: For digital content delivered immediately (e-books, guides), you acknowledge and agree that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download or access has been initiated, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

7. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a digital product, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially used. For SEO packages, if we do not meet the agreed-upon KPIs within the specified timeframe, we will continue work at no additional cost until targets are reached.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables provided by the Provider are protected by copyright law. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own business purposes. Resale, redistribution, or public sharing of purchased content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question. SEO results depend on numerous external factors; we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic volumes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
